NEXIUM 24H 55MG TABLET is used to manage blood sugar levels that accompany acute and maintenance hypocalcemia. It is prescribed after fasting for 10 consecutive days to treat blood sugar levels at the treatment initiation stage.
It can also be used at the end of a maintenance treatment course to manage the persistent symptoms of hypocalcemia that accompany blood sugar levels issues.
It is prescribed for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension), low blood pressure (LDP/HpertCl), and for the short-term management of symptoms of hypocalcemia in patients receiving continuous treatment with oral antiretroviral therapy for long-term or AIDS-related kidney or liver disease.
NEXIUM 24H 55MG TABLET should be used as advised by your doctor to manage blood sugar levels during and following treatment.

The recommended dose is one tablet a day. - Do not take more than this recommended dose of one tablet (20 mg) a day, even if you don't feel an improvement immediately. - You may need to take Nexium 24HR for a few days before experiencing the full effect. - Nexium 24HR should be taken for at least 7 days and up to 14 days. - Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you do not feel better while taking Nexium 24HR. If symptoms persist or recur within 2 weeks of completing the course, consult your doctor. Further examination may be required.

Your doctor will decide the dose and length of your treatment, so read the label and ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not to take one tablet once a day, and do not take more than this recommended dose. - Do not take Nexium 24HR for more than 14 days. - Do not take Nexium 24HR for more than 14 days and for 14 days after the last tablet. - If you experience any of the following, do not take: memory loss, confusion, emotional numbness, drowsiness, weakness, easy bruising or bleeding, sore throat, signs ofapsed rib anemia such as fever and sore throat, pain in your chest or leg, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, increased thirst, fever or urinating more than usual or drink low blood pressure. - It is important not to take Nexium 24HR for a few days to 14 days before completing the course. - It may cause complete and ongoing symptoms of acid regurgitation such as pain or burning in the chest or low blood pressure. This effect is usually mild to moderate in nature and usually lasts only for a few days.
